Michael's lifelong passion for cattle began with his first bottle calf as a child, and now we're raising our own children in this same ranching tradition.

Hands down the best steaks we have ever tasted. And it's 100% grass fed & finished with no mRNA shots or antibiotics. This is our southwestern marinated grilled flank steak with homemade fruit salsa.
Bottom line is, my brother put me onto this company and after doing my own homework it’s now the only place I get my beef from. Nikki is super helpful if I need anything and I just can’t see myself shopping anywhere else. Best price for the best quality in the states. Period.
I bought this 30 pound box for my daughter and her husband as a gift so I can’t tell you since especially it was just just delivered on October 21, 2025. I’m not the one eating it but the one thing they talked about was how it was wrapped up for shipping and we’re so impressed with the box and how it well insulated. They were so impressed they even wanted to keep the box just in case they need it one day. As far as the meat itself she just had surgery so I doubt they’ve maybe even gotten into it
Just got some beef tallow from Diamond Hill Ranch and I’m seriously impressed. It’s super clean, rich, and has that perfect smooth texture. No weird smell or residue like some others I’ve tried. I’ve been using it for cooking and even a bit for seasoning cast iron, and it works great both ways. You can tell it’s high quality and well-rendered. Definitely ordering again.
Comparatively (I’ve done the homework) you’re not gonna find a better local small farm to get regenerative meat from. As far as price is concerned and quality of product diamond H ranch is where you need to shop. So far I have not been let down and I’ve made multiple orders. In the last six months of this year without a doubt I will have spent $1000 at this company on quality products. Well worth it

Pretty obvious when you buy quality regenerative meat from a small local farm and a family owned business you know it’s gonna be top-notch. That goes without saying. I personally am a small business owner out in Long Island New York. Customer Service goes a long way and for my first initial order I was leaving the state for a climbing trip to Colorado. My order was scheduled to arrive while I was going to be in Colorado. Reached out and heard back from the owner. She worked hand-in-hand with me to hold my order from shipping and got the order shipped out ASAP the second that I got back. We communicated the whole time via email. I use beef tallow for pretty much all pan and flat griddle cooking, and the flavor it adds is amazing. I started using Diamond H beef tallow about two weeks ago and it’s a very high quality beef tallow that holds up well to high griddle heat.

The packaging for their steak packages is top notch, I’ve gotten steaks through delivery from other suppliers and the packaging has been subpar, thick cardboard with very think foam insulation and dry ice.
Excellent taste of the beef. Next time will custom order. I ordered for myself. Some of the cuts are too big for one person. I didn’t know if big packs could be thawed, cut into smaller pieces and refreeze so I gave to family member to cook for a family dinner.
NY steak are very tender. I’ve cooked 2 pks of ground beef, both with only small amount of fat. No need to drain the fat. Both pks were tasty.

Are your animals 100% grass-fed and finished?
Our beef and lamb are both grass-fed and grass-finished, meaning they spend their entire lives on pasture eating their natural diet. Our pork and poultry are pasture-raised with supplemental non-GMO feed to ensure optimal health and flavor.
Do you add nitrates, preservatives, or other additives to your meat?
No. We believe in keeping our products as natural as possible. Our bacon and sausages use natural curing methods without artificial nitrates or preservatives. The only ingredients we add are natural seasonings and spices.
How does shipping work?
We offer free shipping throughout the contiguous 48 states.
On our small box orders, we ship each week on Mondays via UPS. These orders are packed well with insulation and dry ice to ensure a frozen delivery.
For our 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef share orders, we ship weekly with a private frozen shipping company. These orders are temperature controlled at 0 - -10 degrees throughout transit to ensure EVERYTHING arrives frozen solid, to your door.
